Lymphedema is swelling that occurs in your extremities caused by a blockage in your lymphatic system. This can occur from certain conditions or disease such as cancer, vascular injuries, or trauma. Our lymphedema therapy program is designed to assist with controlling your swelling, discomfort associated with lymphedema conditions, and provide educational tools to monitor and manage your symptoms independently. Each therapy session may consist of manual therapy to improve the flow of your lymph fluid, applications of compression bandages, and a personalized home exercise program.
